Husky Sailgating FAQ
General Questions
Where can I buy tickets to Husky football games?
Please visit the University of Washington Athletics website to purchase tickets.
When will kickoff time be announced?
College football kickoff times are typically announced 1-2 weeks prior to the game but may be announced as little as 6 days prior to the game. If you have already purchased individual cruise tickets for a game without an official kickoff time, or you are a Season Pass holder, you will receive an email with updated cruise times when kickoff time is announced.
If I go on the Sailgating Cruise, do I have to go to the football game?
Nope! However, guests must disembark at the UW Stadium and will not have access to the boat between drop-off prior to the game and pick-up after the game ends.
Where can I park?
Carillon Point has covered and uncovered garage parking with hourly rates. We recommend parking in P-3000, P-4000, P-5000, or P-6000, which have 24/7 access. Please find more info at Carillon Point Parking Page.
What food & drink options are available?
We offer a full-service bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks available for purchase (full menu here). Please drink responsibly, both onboard and onshore – our crew are well-trained to keep all guests safe and are required by Washington State law to refuse service to visibly intoxicated individuals.
Can I bring drinks or food?
As a licensed bar establishment, no outside beverages (including bottled water) or food are allowed onboard.
Can I bring a bag?
Husky Stadium has strict restrictions on the type and size of bags that can be brought into the stadium (more information available on their website). Guests may not leave personal items on the vessel while at the stadium, so ensure that everything you bring is allowed in the stadium.
After the game ends, where should I go?
An Argosy Cruises crewmember will meet guests at the dock after the game ends to facilitate boarding.
What time does the boat leave after the game?
Husky Harbor operates post-game pick-ups on a first-come, first-serve basis. All guests should be ready to board for the return cruise within 20 minutes from the end of the game. Argosy Cruises cannot guarantee an exact departure time from Husky Harbor. Due to Husky Harbor boarding requirements we cannot wait at the dock post-game and thus cannot accommodate latecomers.
Do I have to take the boat back to Carillon Point?
No, the return to Carillon Point is not required. If you have not checked in with the Argosy Cruises representative on the dock after the game has ended, we will assume that you have made alternative arrangements.
Are kids welcome?
Yes! Our Husky Sailgating Cruises are open to all ages. Kids aged 0-3 cruise for free.
Is the vessel accessible?
There are some steps required to access the dock and to board the vessel at Husky Stadium. Note that the path to and from the dock at Husky Stadium is not paved. If you have additional questions about accessibility, please contact Argosy Cruises at (206) 623-1445 or 1 (888) 623-1445 and we would be happy to answer any questions.
I'm looking for the Chinook's Dawg Boat, is that what this is?
No. The Chinook’s Dawg Boat, while operated by Argosy Cruises, is promoted by Chinook’s at Salmon Bay. Please make contact with Chinook’s at Salmon Bay for further information or visit their website.
